Gold prices jump over Rs2,000 per tola across Pakistan

KARACHI – Gold prices surged for the second consecutive day across Pakistan on Friday, with the rate increasing by more than Rs2,000 per tola, reflecting an upward trend in the international bullion market. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold rose by Rs2,300 per tola, pushing the rate to Rs528,562 per tola in the local market. The association said the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,972, reaching Rs453,156.
