Google has unveiled a special doodle to celebrate the start of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, capturing the attention of cricket fans worldwide. The doodle features vibrant colours, bold shapes and a striking three-dimensional design, symbolising the energy, speed and thrill associated with T20 cricket. The 10th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup has started today, February 7, and is being termed one of the most competitive tournaments in the history of the game. India and Sri Lanka are jointly hosting the mega event, with 20 teams competing across eight venues for the prestigious trophy. The tournament’s opening match will be played today in Colombo between Pakistan and the Netherlands. The month-long event will feature a total of 55 matches, while the final is scheduled to take place on March 8, 2026, in either Ahmedabad or Colombo.
