Karachi, Hyderabad, Sindh Weather: Intermittent rain expected

Partly cloudy weather with intermittent rain is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and parts of Sindh on Tuesday. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a shallow westerly wave prevails over the southwestern and central parts of Pakistan, which will likely persist during the next 18 to 24 hours. Under these conditions, mainly dry weather is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most districts of Sindh on Monday night. However, partly cloudy weather is likely in Karachi, coastal areas and upper districts. On Tuesday, mainly dry and partly cloudy weather is expected in most districts of the province. However, rains with winds and thunderstorms are expected in Dadu, Jamshoro, Larkana, Jacobabad, Karachi, Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Karachi and Hyderabad’s minimum temperatures will likely remain between 15°C and 17°C on Tuesday and between 16°C and 18°C on Wednesday and Thursday. Meanwhile, dry weather prevailed in Karachi, Hyderabad and most districts of Sindh during the last 24 hours. Mohenjo-Daro and Mithi remained the coldest places in Sindh, where the minimum temperature was recorded at 12°C. The minimum temperature in Dadu and Nawabshah was recorded at 13°C. In Karachi, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16°C. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 86 per cent. In Hyderabad, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16°C.
