KARACHI (Dunya News) – The University of Karachi has decided to conduct morning classes online following a recent increase in petroleum prices. According to the Registrar, this change will be effective from Monday, March 9, and will continue until the end of Ramadan. The university administration said the decision was made to ensure student convenience during the third ten days of Ramadan, particularly in light of potential transportation difficulties caused by rising petroleum prices. All morning classes at the university will be held online during this period, while evening classes, which are already online, will continue as scheduled. The notification was issued with the approval of Vice-Chancellor Dr. Khalid Iraqi, highlighting the administration’s efforts to support students amid logistical challenges.
