NADRA B-Form fee in normal, executive categories – February 2026 Update

ISLAMABAD – All Pakistani citizens are required to apply for the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), also known as B-Form, for all children below 18 years of age. NADRA is the competent authority to issue the B-Form in the format prescribed in Schedule VI of Rule 18 of the NADRA (NIC) Rules 2002. As per Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the NADRA Ordinance 2000, every parent or guardian of a citizen who has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years, is required to register such citizen within one month of birth. “As per Clause (a) of Sub-section (1) of Section 30 of NADRA Ordinance, 2000, any person who does not apply for registration required under this ordinance, commits an offence,” NADRA said. Eligibility Criteria Every Pakistani child under 18 years of age whose parent(s) possess a valid CNIC / NICOP is eligible to apply for a Child Registration Certificate (CRC). How to Apply for B-Form CRC can be applied through two methods: 1. NADRA Registration Center (NRC): Visit the nearest NRC and follow these steps: Obtain a token. Biometric Verification. Photographs and/or fingerprints of children (where required). Attestation by Spouse/Guardian/ Gazetted officer Fee submission CRC will be printed and handed over upon completion of the processing period against the specific category. 2. Pak ID Mobile App Parents can apply for CRC of children through the Pak ID Mobile App (Android & iOS). B-Form Fee The B-Form fee in normal category stands at Rs50 with 7 days processing time. The executive fee stands at Rs500 and this type of application is processed in one day only.
