New passport office timings in Pakistan for Ramazan 2026

ISLAMABAD – Authorities have announced the official working hours for passport applications and delivery services at Regional Passport Offices (RPOs), Executive Passport Offices (EPOs), and Passport Processing Counters (PPCs) for the holy month of Ramazan 2026. The schedule applies to all offices except RPO G-10/4 Islamabad, RPO Garden Town Lahore, RPO Awami Markaz Karachi, and NADRA Mega Centers. According to the notified schedule, public dealing and token issuance timings from Monday to Thursday will be from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, while office hours will be observed from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. On Fridays, public dealing and token issuance will take place from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. However, office timings will remain from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A prayer will be observed daily from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Passport Fee Structure in 2026 Under the latest schedule, the fee for a 36-page passport is Rs4,500 for five years and Rs6,700 for ten years under the normal category, while urgent processing will cost Rs7,500 and Rs11,200 respectively. For a 72-page passport, the normal fee is set at Rs8,200 for five years and Rs12,400 for ten years, with urgent fees fixed at Rs13,500 and Rs20,200. Similarly, a 100-page passport will cost Rs9,000 for five years and Rs13,500 for ten years under the normal category, whereas urgent issuance will be charged at Rs18,000 and Rs27,000 respectively.
