ISLAMABAD – The Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) has announced one-month extension in Soft Skills Certificate requirement for Protector Registration for Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. In a statement shared on Facebook, the bureau said the requirement, which was originally scheduled to take effect from February 1, 2026, will now be implemented from March 1, providing an additional month of relief to Pakistanis seeking employment in Gulf countries. The decision aims to facilitate smoother travel arrangements for workers and individuals traveling under the protector requirement. The bureau expressed hope that the extended facility will make the process easier for travelers and help promote better employment opportunities for Pakistani workers in Kuwait. Authorities have advised applicants to stay updated through official channels for further details and compliance requirements.
