Pakistan HVACR International Expo concludes in Karachi

The 31st Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference concluded at the Karachi Expo Centre on Saturday, marking the culmination of three impactful days dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and technological advancement. On the closing day, Mohammed Hassan Bakshi, Chairman of the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD), visited the Expo and toured various exhibition booths, interacting with exhibitors and industry representatives. On the occasion, he commended the organisers for hosting a professional and impactful Expo. He stated that such platforms strengthen industry collaboration, stimulate economic activity, and create valuable business and investment opportunities. He also appreciated the role of young professionals and emphasised greater unity among business bodies to enhance competitiveness and support Pakistan’s economic growth. The three-day Expo, held from February 12 to 14, 2026, attracted an estimated 18,000 visitors from across Pakistan and abroad. Industry leaders, manufacturers, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, policymakers, academics, and students actively participated in the exhibition and knowledge sessions, reaffirming the Expo’s position as one of the country’s most significant engineering platforms. In addition to the expansive exhibition, the Expo featured key knowledge-sharing platforms, including the HVAC & MEP Retrofit Conference 2026, the Student Conference, and hands-on software training sessions on HAP, fostering dialogue on sustainable retrofitting, energy optimisation, and strengthening industry-academia linkages. With strong institutional support from industry associations, chambers of commerce, and academic institutions, the expo demonstrated its strategic importance as a catalyst for innovation, partnership, and sustainable growth within Pakistan’s engineering and industrial landscape. The Pakistan HVACR Society extended its appreciation to all stakeholders and reaffirmed its commitment to making future editions even more impactful and globally competitive.
