Rawalpindi, January 25, 2026 – Saad Habib Malik, Pakistan’s National Amateur Golf Champion, has emerged victorious at the 1st PGF North Junior Golf Championship held at Rawal Pindi Golf Club from January 23-25, 2026. Saad clinched the title with an impressive six-stroke lead, finishing with an overall gross score of 209. In an outstanding final round, Saad Habib displayed exceptional skill, carding two eagles, five birdies, and two bogies, to finish with a score of 65. His remarkable composure, long hitting, and putting proved too good for the competition. Barik Ayub secured second place with a gross score of 215, playing four under on the last day. In the girls’ category, Sara Amin from Peshawar took home the top spot with a gross score of 222. Saad and Sara have earned the right to represent Pakistan at the International Junior Golf Championship in Thailand, scheduled for February 2026.
