According to sources, the local hotel staff filed a formal complaint with the team management regarding Mirza’s behaviour. The hotel administration stated that the player allegedly harassed a woman, prompting immediate action by the team management to assess the seriousness of the matter. Sources said that, after reviewing the details provided by the hotel and conducting preliminary investigations, the team management found Salman Mirza in violation of the code of conduct and imposed a fine on him. The player was also issued a strict warning to ensure that the reputation of the national team is not compromised in the future.
