LAHORE – The Shab-e-Baraat is observed on 15th night of the Islamic month of Shaban every year with full religious passion, zeal and enthusiasm across the country. Special Quranic sittings, seminars and Mahafils are arranged at mosques and other places to highlight the importance of this night. The Shaban month commenced on January 21, 2026 in Pakistan after the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announced the decision about the moon sighting.
