When will ‘Maryam Ko Batain’ Helpline 1000 open for Rs10,000 aid?

LAHORE – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced the schedule for launching of the dedicated helpline for people to apply for the Rs10,000 quick financial support in holy month of Ramadan 2026. Under the “Maryam Ko Batain” initiative, individuals facing financial difficulties in the holy month can receive up to Rs10,000 in assistance within 24 hours. The programme is aimed at providing immediate financial assistance to struggling families in the holy month. 1000 Helpline Operational Date Taking to facebook, the chief minister announced that “Helpline 1000 to become operational from Ist Ramadan for direct financial support requests”. How to Get Rs10,000 in Ramadan In addition to the helpline, people can also apply via a web portal or mobile app by submitting their CNIC number. CM Maryam explained that those registered under the Pakistan Social and Economic Relief (PSER) system will receive financial assistance within 24 hours, while unregistered individuals will have four days for verification and registration. Ramadan 2026 Start Date in Pakistan Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic year, revered as a time of spiritual reflection, fasting, and prayer. If Shaban lasts for 29 days, the first day of Ramadan will fall on February 19, 2026. However, if Shaban spans 30 days, Ramadan will begin on February 20, 2026. The final decision about start of the Ramadan will be made by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee.
